In 2016, I founded Thoughtful Hands, a nonprofit organization in Dallas, TX, dedicated to promoting artists and independent designers working with sustainable materials and eco-friendly processes. The organization curated exhibitions and facilitated community engagement through educational demonstrations for children at festivals and public events.

Leading the nonprofit required navigating organizational formation, legal compliance, and program development, all of which broadened my leadership, project management, and community outreach experience.

In 2019, with a shift in my professional focus and no successor to assume responsibility, the nonprofit was formally dissolved. Despite its limited duration, the venture provided exceptional insights into entrepreneurship, organizational management, and the value of mission-driven work.
